EXANTE is delighted to announce that our award-winning platform and Women Who Invest initiative have secured us our second consecutive FT Diversity award - ‘Product or Service of the Year’.
The Awards, which recognise the diversity and inclusion initiatives of both large and small firms, are in their fifth year, with EXANTE shortlisted in 2020 and 2021, and winning the ‘Diversity Marketing & Recruitment Initiative of the Year’ award in 2022. We’re on a roll, with this being our sixth award in 2023. EXANTE has won the award for our outstanding trading platform and our dedication to offering a fully inclusive and diverse product to our customers.
The EXANTE platform provides direct market access to 600K instruments at 50+ global exchanges – all from a single multi-currency account. Our goal is to deliver the ultimate user experience to professional traders and financial institutions. EXANTE’s clients get a dedicated account manager from day one – with female clients being automatically offered a female account manager should they wish. We also have around the clock support in more than 10 languages.
At EXANTE, we understand that women may have different priorities when it comes to investing; where and how they invest as well as how they manage risk. Acknowledging the need to reduce the gender wealth gap, EXANTE has launched the Women Who Invest campaign. This is a platform where women can learn from other women about the different areas of finance and investing and share their own experiences. It includes blogs, webinars, videos and live events.
A global wealthtech company, the EXANTE team comprises 35 nationalities that speak 40+ languages. With 600+ employees as of June 2023, our workforce has been growing over 70% year-on-year between 2020 and 2023.
We are proud of this recognition by the FTAdviser jury and we’ll continue to set the bar high in technology and diversity.
